Payroll Management: Prepare pay sheet of the Regional office staff, Validate the pay sheets of the field staff. Resolve queries related to salary & incentive within 48 Hrs. Disciplinary & Grievance Handling: Dealing with Disciplinary cases reported by various departments heads, issuing show cause notice's, warning letters, conducting enquiries. Co-coordinating with the Grievance redressal team to close all the registered Grievances by employees within 24 hours. Fusion Finance
